WHAT SIZE TENT SHOULD I RENT?

We offer free consultations, all you need to tell us is how many people are attending and we'll make sure all your guests are accommodated! We also provide a size guide under our "Tents" tab.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

IN-Tents Party Rental and its products are fully insured. However, from the time the tent is delivered to the renter, until the time it is picked up by IN-Tents Party Rental the renter is responsible for it. If the rented item is lost, stolen or damaged in any way while in the renter's care, regardless of fault, the renter is responsible, and shall be charged or must remit to IN-Tents Party Rental, upon demand, the repair cost or full retail replacement value of the rental item, including labor and shipping costs.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept almost any payment type! If you are still unsure, ask one of our reps during your consultation!

WHAT WILL I NEED TO DO ON DELIVERY DAY?

We can handle it all! With free set up and take down our priority is making sure you are all set for your event!

CAN I ADJUST MY RESERVATION?

Of course! Please give us at least a week in advance to make these changes to your reservation.

DO YOU SERVICE MY AREA?

We serve primarily the Greater Hartford Area but give us a call to check availability in your area.
